Hockey Association Mentorship

Through a partnership with Elite Goalies, associations can provide a professional level approach to training young athletes.  Our system is a mirror of our professional level program with clearly defined stages of progression that enable goaltenders to learn, master and apply techniques that truly defines successful goaltending in the modern game. Education, example and mentorship become key foundations to building an excellent program.

Rep and AAA Goaltender Training

Association sponsored goaltending programs are often not attended by the rep goaltenders due to more demanding schedules and wide range of skill often found in the class. Since their schedule often mirrors that of a Junior A team, having an Elite Goalies Master Instructor assigned to rep team practices twice per month allows the goaltenders, parents and coaching staff to create a solid developmental foundation, support system and help facilitate solid performances in practices and games.

Junior A, Major Junior, University (CIS/NCAA) Goaltending Consulting

As players leave the sport recreationally and enter the business side of hockey, winning becomes the definition of success of any organization. The tenure of coaches and athletes is directly related to consistently elevating performance levels and contending for championships. EG will provide on ice coaching throughout the season, identify and evaluate talent, develop listed and drafted players,  provide feedback to the Head Coach and GM, make recommendations and develop an in-season program that will match the systems and YTP. EG Staff has worked with goaltenders and teams that have won championships at the Provincial/State, Junior, Collegiate, National and International Levels. In 2008 Elite Goalies Pasco Valana had clients that won National Titles at the Junior A, NCAA Division I and Professional Hockey Levels all in the same season.

Provincial, State & National Team Goaltending Consulting

Elite Goalies consulting brings a consistent approach to developing goaltenders capable of competing nationally and internationally in the IIHF. Elite Goalies currently has staff working with Team British Columbia and the Canadian National Women’s Teams.
