Elite Goalies Inc. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to mikevalley@elitegoalies.com.  In addition to emailing your request to execute our cancellation policy, you may call us at 608.332.6717.

  • Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to camp start date, will be refunded less a $75 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 45 days of camp start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Elite Goalies camps or private training sessions, less $75.
  • No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
  • Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit voucher toward a future Elite Goalies Camp or private training session, less a $75 administration fee.
