Elite Goalies recognizes the importance of year round mentorship for our athletes. With the EG 365 online mentoring you get the commitment and attention that any goaltender with a burning desire to reach their goals deserves. The EG 365 is about giving you the best set of tools to maximize your potential – as a person and as a goaltender.
EG 365 enables all goaltenders to have access to:
- Professional on and off ice drill library that will help guide you throughout the year.
- Critical audio and video messages addressing skills, mental toughness and in game consistency on a weekly basis.
- Direct and timely messages from a professional goaltending coach as they experience key situations throughout the season as they train the best in the game.
- EG tools such as (the EG LOG BOOK, GOALSETTING and STAT TRACKER) are to be used, updated and reviewed weekly by the athlete and submitted upon request by the EG Master Coaches.
- Email lifeline (as best described by current users) enables goaltenders and their families to ask all of the tough questions that you face about hockey and the situations that arise.

ACCESS TO THE VAULT – The Vault is the home to the Elite Goalies online video bank. A subscription to The Vault provides you with full access to over 60 on-ice drills and essential movement patterns as well as over 20 off-ice goalie drills and exercises to assist in regular season and summer training. It has been proven that athletes can increase their development of complex muscle movements merely by watching and studying other elite level athletes. All on-ice video demonstrations are of EG student and current Colorado Avalanche goaltender, Brian Elliott.
AUDIO & VIDEO CLASSROOM - Because our coaching staff is always running around to different rinks and hockey games at all different levels, we’ll be logging numerous audio and video classroom notes every week in hopes that it will better help you grasp the core concepts of modern day goaltending. Whether it’s a private message, a personal journal update, or a video lesson on something we feel you must see, EG 365 members will get exclusive insights that will be sure to keep you learning and developing on a weekly basis.
THE WARRIOR WITHIN - Once a week, Elite Goalies Master Coach Mike Valley will publish a motivating message on mental toughness using real-life examples from his own coaching experiences. Stressing the Elite Goalies philosophy in order to help advance your Belt Level, this feature is dedicated to strengthening your mental toughness through a simple yet extremely effective message that you won’t find anywhere else. These morsels of pro goaltending insight will be burned in your memory and truly take your game to the next level!
GOALTENDING LOG BOOK – Download our Goaltending Log Book and become a true student of your own game. Learn to track the important daily details that help you grow as a goaltender and learn to master the intricate elements of the position. We have structured time management tools for not only your practice schedule, but your entire game day routine. This document is one of our most valuable resources and is a must-have if you plan on elevating your game to the next level.
THE MAILBAG – The EG 365 Mailbag acts as your lifeline throughout the year. This feature provides our students and their families with email support and experience to help answer those difficult questions that can arise in the world of goaltending.

VIDEO REVIEW – Video has become such an important part of the game. Learning from your success as well as learning from your mistakes all becomes part of your developmental journey. The video review feature allows you to send our staff your own video via iCoach.com where we will watch, analyze, and provide you with feedback and suggestions. We recommend that you send us 10-15 minutes of edited practice video and 10-15 minutes of edited game video per month.
CONSULTATION CALLS – Having the ability to talk to someone throughout the season and having someone in your corner that you can bounce things off of can be the difference between performing at a good level and a great level. You will be contacted via phone by an EG 365 Coach on a monthly basis to make sure that you are staying on track and helping you achieve your goals.
